We believe great pizza is about making our dough fresh daily. Our secret dough recipe takes TWO DAYS to make. The end result is a light and crispy bread like crust. Our tomato sauce features fresh herbs and spices that is packed with flavour. Of course, we use 100% aged mozzarella. We use quality ingredients and lots of them. Each ingredient is thoughtfully selected and then placed on our homemade and hand tossed New York style base. Our pizzas are cooked in gas ovens rather than wood or coal fired ovens which gives it our awesome and memorable crunch! There is no charring on the crust or wet middle like on a Neapolitan style pizza.
